Star Wars Boba Fett Mail Away Commercial
I wanted to post this, to sort of commemorate the event. Also to celebrate because I myself, just mailed in my UPC’s for this years offer, of a replica of that same figure! Whether you’re 7, 17, or 27, 6-8 weeks processing is still a pretty long time. For me, it all began with Star Wars figures. Throughout the years, many of them were lost. A tragic few still remain in my possession with their flaking paint jobs, missing accessories, and joints so loose they can’t even stand on their own anymore. These figures fuel my desire for action figure collecting of the Star Wars persuasion, and the prospect of getting a brand-new, vintage style figure, (albeit a facsimile) is something I view as a real treat. Something about the likeness of the figure, the use of minimal colors of paints, and the classic 5 points of articulation, will prove satisfying in it’s simplicity.
